This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited uses of Ergova's services. By using our platform, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Overview

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. We may update it from time to time. Your continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance. If you become aware of a violation, please report it to us.

No unlawful activity

You may not use our services for any purpose that violates applicable law, including fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing, or any activity that infringes the rights of others. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

No abuse of platform

You may not abuse, overload, or disrupt our systems or networks. Prohibited conduct includes attempting to gain unauthorized access, circumventing security or access controls, or using the services in a manner that harms or could harm other users or the integrity of the platform.

No credential sharing or unauthorized access

You may not share account credentials or allow others to access your account except as permitted (e.g., authorized users under your organization). You may not access or attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that you are not authorized to use.

No scraping or reverse engineering

You may not scrape, crawl, or use automated means to collect data from our services without our prior written consent. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software or services except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law (and then only for purposes permitted by law).

No spam

You may not use our services to send unsolicited or bulk communications (e.g., spam), or to distribute misleading or deceptive content. Communications sent through our platform must comply with applicable anti-spam and marketing laws.

No malware

You may not upload, transmit, or distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code. You may not use our services to host or distribute malicious software or to engage in phishing or similar activities.

No interference with service

You may not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services or third-party systems used by us. This includes denial-of-service attacks, network abuse, or any activity that degrades the experience of other users.

No misuse of AI features

You may not use our AI-powered features to generate content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or that violates the rights of others. You may not attempt to extract or reverse-engineer our AI models or use the features in a way that circumvents our terms or acceptable use.

Export control and sanctions

You may not use our services if you are located in, or subject to the laws of, a jurisdiction that is embargoed or otherwise restricted, or if you are listed on any applicable sanctions or denied-party list. Consequences for violations

We may investigate suspected violations and take action we deem appropriate, including warning you, suspending or terminating your account, removing content, and reporting to authorities. We are not obligated to provide notice before suspension or termination where we believe it is necessary to protect the service or others. Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent termination.
