Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Ergova only for lawful business purposes consistent with this AUP and the Terms. We may update this AUP from time to time as described in the Terms. Continued use after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP. If you become aware of a violation, please report it using the contacts below.

You may not use Ergova for any purpose that violates applicable law, or that infringes or misuses the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights of others. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the laws that apply to you and your organization.

You may not use Ergova to engage in or facilitate:

• Fraudulent transactions or payment fraud
• Knowingly unauthorized payments
• Refund abuse or chargeback manipulation
• Deceptive invoices or billing practices
• Financial scams or other deceptive commercial schemes

This section does not mean Ergova guarantees fraud detection. Billing, chargebacks, and related account effects are also governed by our Terms of Service and Subscription, Billing & Cancellation Terms.

You may not use Ergova to harass, threaten, intimidate, stalk, abuse, or exploit others; to impersonate any person or entity; or to facilitate fraudulent or deceptive activity directed at individuals or businesses.

Ergova is a multi-tenant business platform organized around company workspaces. You may not:

• Access another organization's data without authorization
• Attempt to bypass organization membership, roles, or permissions
• Circumvent tenant-isolation or similar access boundaries
• Exploit authorization flaws or probe systems for unauthorized access in a harmful or disruptive manner
• Access accounts, systems, or data you are not permitted to use
• Obtain credentials through deception, use stolen credentials, attempt account takeover, or knowingly allow unauthorized individuals to use your account
• Share login credentials improperly, except for authorized users under your organization as permitted by the product and your administrators

Normal use by authorized organization members with assigned roles is permitted.

Where Ergova provides SMS, voice, email, or other customer-communications tools, you may not use them to send communications that are unlawful, unsolicited where consent is required, deceptive, fraudulent, misleading, harassing, abusive, spam, or otherwise noncompliant. You must honor valid recipient opt-outs promptly and may not intentionally ignore, suppress, evade, or circumvent those opt-outs.

You are responsible for complying with applicable messaging rules and consent requirements. See also our Terms of Service, SMS Consent page, and Privacy Policy.

You may not upload, collect, process, disclose, or use information through Ergova unless you have the rights, notices, consents, or other legal authority required for that use. This includes customer contact information, phone numbers, email addresses, job and customer records, communications content, and uploaded documents.

You may not upload, transmit, or distribute malware, viruses, ransomware, malicious scripts, or other harmful code. You may not use Ergova to host or distribute phishing, credential theft, or similar attacks.

You may not:

• Launch denial-of-service attacks or intentionally overload infrastructure
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls
• Disrupt other users or the integrity or performance of the services
• Abuse APIs or integrations in a harmful or unauthorized way
• Maliciously exploit vulnerabilities

Good-faith vulnerability reports through our approved security contact are not prohibited. See our Security page for how to report security concerns.

You may not scrape, crawl, or use automated means to collect data from Ergova without authorization, except through interfaces, APIs, automation features, or integrations Ergova makes available for that purpose. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software or services except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law (and then only for purposes permitted by law).

You may not use Ergova's AI-assisted features to facilitate unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation or deception, harassment or threats, phishing, malicious code, unauthorized access, infringement of third-party rights, circumvention of platform safeguards, or prohibited communications or spam. Where legally permitted, you may not attempt to extract, reverse engineer, or improperly access Ergova's underlying AI systems or models.

Ergova does not claim it can detect or prevent every prohibited AI use. AI accuracy and professional-advice limitations are described in the Terms.

You may not use Ergova in violation of applicable export-control laws, sanctions laws, trade restrictions, or denied-party restrictions. You are responsible for complying with those laws as they apply to you and your organization.

Ergova may investigate suspected violations using information reasonably available to it. We do not commit to continuously monitoring every user action or communication. If we believe a violation has occurred, we may take reasonable actions such as warning you, limiting functionality, removing or restricting offending content or activity where applicable, temporarily suspending access, terminating access for serious or repeated violations, and reporting matters to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.

Consistent with our Terms, we may act immediately when necessary to address security threats, fraud, abuse, legal requirements, or risk to Ergova, users, or third parties. We will provide notice where reasonably practicable, but we do not promise advance notice in emergencies.
