Our commitment
Ergova aims to design and develop its customer-facing digital experiences with WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a reference and accessibility target. That is a design and engineering goal—not a claim of certified conformance, full WCAG compliance, ADA compliance, or Section 508 compliance.
This statement covers Ergova's customer-facing digital experiences where applicable, including the public Ergova website, the Ergova web application, and other customer-facing web experiences operated by Ergova. It does not claim accessibility coverage for third-party services, integrations, or embedded content that Ergova does not control.
How we approach accessibility
Accessibility is part of Ergova's ongoing design, engineering, and quality practices. We work toward usable, understandable interfaces and refine them as the product and site evolve.
Structure and semantics
We aim for semantic HTML, meaningful document structure, logical headings, and layouts that are easy to scan and navigate.
Keyboard and focus
Ergova works toward ensuring interactive functionality can be reached and operated using a keyboard, with visible keyboard focus so users can tell where they are on the page. We do not claim that every current screen has already been fully keyboard-tested.
Assistive technology and controls
We consider screen-reader compatibility when building interfaces, including accessible names and labels for controls, clear form labels, and understandable validation and error messages. We do not list specific assistive technologies as "supported" without documented testing.
Visual clarity and content
We work toward readable color contrast, text that remains usable with browser zoom and text resizing, responsive layouts and reflow, and meaningful alternative text for informative images where appropriate.
Third-party content
Some third-party tools, integrations, or embedded content may be outside Ergova's direct control. That does not reduce our responsibility for the experiences we design and operate ourselves.
Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time task. As Ergova evolves, we continue to review and improve accessibility through design, engineering, and quality practices, and we address barriers as they are identified.
Need help or found an issue?
If you have trouble accessing information or functionality because of an accessibility barrier, please tell us. We welcome feedback and will make reasonable efforts to provide assistance or an alternative way to access the relevant information or functionality where feasible. We do not promise a specific response or remediation deadline.
When you contact us, it helps if you include (these details are optional but useful):
- The page URL or application screen
- What you were trying to accomplish
- What accessibility difficulty occurred
- Your browser and device
- Any assistive technology you were using, if applicable
