Ergova Technologies, Inc., doing business as Ergova, provides software used by home service businesses to send transactional service communications to customers who have requested service or otherwise provided consent.
How customers opt in
Customers provide their mobile phone number while requesting service, scheduling an appointment, approving an estimate, paying an invoice, or communicating with a home service business using Ergova. Before receiving text messages, customers are shown the SMS consent disclosure below and must affirmatively select the unchecked consent checkbox.

Consent requirements
- Customers must provide their phone number voluntarily.
- The SMS consent checkbox is unchecked by default.
- Customers must take an affirmative action to provide consent.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- SMS consent applies only to transactional service communications.
- SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
- Customers may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP.
